Dr. Ajay Varun Reddy is a Surgical Oncologist with more than 8 years of experience. His expertise includes aggressive cytoreductive procedures, en-bloc resections for complicated paediatric malignancies such as retroperitoneal neuroblastomas/sarcomas, and oncoplastic surgeries for breast cancer. He has completed a core specialization in Surgical Oncology and has been involved in the treatment of a variety of malignant and premalignant illnesses. Incorporating minimally invasive and robotic approaches in the management of solid organ cancers is a particular focus. In 2011, he got his MBBS from St. John's National Academy of Health Sciences, followed by a Medical Internship in 2012 and an MS in General Surgery from Govt. Kilpauk Medical College & Hospital in 2016. He completed his super-specialty (MCh in Surgical Oncology) at the famous and internationally recognized Tata Memorial Hospital in Mumbai, India's largest cancer referral facility. After completing his general surgical training, he went on to pursue a super specialization in advanced surgical oncology (covering thoracic, gastrointestinal, and gynecologic oncology) at the famous and world-renowned Tata Memorial Hospital in Mumbai, India's largest cancer referral hospital. His current research interests include minimally invasive thoracic oncology, gastrointestinal oncology, and peritoneal surface cancers. He is registered with 94554 Karnataka Medical Council 2012.
