Dr. Ankita Patel is a notable Radiation Oncologist with a total experience of 13 years. Her special interests lie in managing cancer patients with chemotherapy and radiation therapy. She is well versed with all the latest advancements in radiation therapy, such as intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT), image-guided radiation therapy (IGRT), and stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS). She did her MBBS from Motilal Nehru Medical College in 2010, followed by an MD in Radiation Therapy from King George's Medical University in 2014. She has done fellowships from Fortis Gurgaon in IMRT, IGRT, and SRS. She has also been internationally trained in Radiation Oncology from National University Hospital, Singapore. She is a member of various reputed medical societies, such as the Association of Radiation Oncology of India, the American Society of Oncology, the European Society of Medical Oncology, the Indian Association of Palliative Care, and the Indian Musculoskeletal Oncology Society.
