About Dr. Jagdishwar Goud Gajagowni

Dr. Jagdishwar is a reputed Surgical Oncologist with an experience of more than 24 years. He is the national head of the robotic surgery department at the American Oncology Institute and head of Surgical Oncology. He completed his MBBS from Osmania University in 1989 and an MS in General Surgery from Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences in 1994, Andhra Pradesh. Later, he did an MCh in Oncology from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences in 1999 Bangalore. With over two decades of experience, he specializes in robotic surgery, robotic esophagectomy with nodal dissection, low anterior resection, thoracoscopic surgery, laparoscopy, and more. He is an active member of Archaeological Survey of India, Association of Minimal Access Surgeons of India, and Indian Association of Surgical Oncology. He is also the Vice President of South Zone Association of Minimal Access Surgeons of India presently.
