Dr. Kakoli Lahkar is a distinguished medical oncologist, who holds an overall experience of nearly 12 years. She is exclusively trained in cases related to medical oncology and hemato-oncology. She is experienced in providing treatment with chemotherapy, hormonal therapy, biological & targeted therapy, immunotherapy and bone marrow transplant. Dr. Kakoli has previously worked with reputed hospitals such as Cancer institute Adyar and Global Health City in Chennai. She is also a member of European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO), American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO), and Member of Bangalore Oncology Group (BOG). After doing her MBBS in 2004 from Silchar Medical College, she also did specialization from Cancer Institute of WIA, Chennai.
