Dr. Nikhil Parwate is a well-renowned and highly skilled Surgical Oncologist. He has been in this field for the past 19 years and was best known for removing a pumpkin-sized uterine tumor weighing 10.5kg from the abdomen of a 50-year-old woman. His core competencies lie in the treatment of all types and stages of cancer in the uterus, ovary, etc., treatment for perimenopausal and postmenopausal bleeding, hysterectomy, etc. He completed his MBBS from University of Mumbai in 1998 and after this, he completed his MD in Obstetrics & Gynaecology from King Edward Memorial Hospital and Seth Gordhandas Sunderdas Medical College, in 2004.
