About Dr. Parin Patel

Dr Parin Patel is a well-known Surgical Oncologist with 10 years of experience. He has done his MBBS from M.P. Shah Medical College Jamnagar, MS(Otorhinolaryngology) from MP Shah Medical College & GG Hospital, Jamnagar followed by a Head & Neck Oncology fellowship from Rajkot Cancer Society Hospital. He is a part of a multidisciplinary team for management of Head & Neck Tumours whether it is benign or malignant. His special interest is in Skull base surgery, specially Endoscopic and Compartmental Infratemporal Fossa surgery. Dr Parin has performed various Head & Neck Cancer Surgery for Oral Cancer (Tongue, Lower Jaw, Upper Jaw, Cheek, Tonsils), Thyroid, Parathyroid, Salivary gland with the aim of achieving Good Quality of life for patients after surgery. Apart from this, he has performed various Laryngeal Surgeries for Voice Box Cancer with good voice restoration after removal of the voice box. Dr Parin has been active in training fellows at HCG Cancer Centre, Ahmedabad, not only in surgical techniques but also for an evidence-based approach towards Head & Neck Cancers.
