Dr. Shashikant Saini is a Surgical Oncologist with more than 15 years of expertise. He specialises in hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery, lung resections, stapled esophageal surgery, colo-rectal procedures using stapler anastomoses, and minimally invasive thoracic and abdominal procedures. Breast preservation through reconstruction, Surgery of the Head and Neck. Dr. Shashikant Saini completed his postdoctoral fellowship in surgical oncology at Tata Memorial Hospital in Mumbai and the Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute in Delhi. He has over 3000 major surgical oncological surgeries under his belt. He is working on a protocol for enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) in pancreatic and colonorectal surgeries.
