He did a fellowship in head and neck oncology from Tata Memorial Hospital, Maharashtra, in robotic surgery from South Korea, from International College of Surgeons, USA and Association of Surgeons of India. He is a member of the Federation of Head and Neck Oncology, India, International College of Surgeons and Association of Otolaryngologist. He completed his training in transoral robotic surgery from the University of Pennsylvania, Pennsylvania.
