Dr. Suman M B, or Dr. Suman Byregowda, is an Ortho-Oncologist with 22 years of experience. His areas of expertise include management of benign bone tumor, bone cancer, soft tissue tumor, skin cancer and metastatic bone cancers. He has many firsts to his credit such as he has performed the highest number of major limb saving pelvic bone tumor surgeries in the last 2 years and first extra-corporeal irradiated pelvic surgery for North-East India. He did MBBS from JSS Medical College, Mysore and MS in Orthopedics from Bangalore Medical College and Research Institute, Bangalore and a fellowship in musculoskeletal Oncology at Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai. Dr. Suman completed his training in Navigation Surgeries and Complex Pelvic Reconstruction at Royal Orthopaedic Hospital, Birmingham, UK. He has published several research studies and articles in various national and International Journals. He is a member of the Indian Musculo-Skeletal Oncology Society, Indian Orthopedic Association, Karnataka Orthopedic Association and Bangalore Orthopedic Association.
