About Dr. Swati Kanakia

Dr. Swati Kanakia is a Pediatric Oncologist with 20+ experience. Completed her MBBS and MD in Pediatrics from the reputed Grant Medical College Mumbai, with multiple distinctions in various subjects and a gold medal in the DCH examination. Later she did her Ph.D. in Applied Biology. Her expertise lies in Pediatric Leukemia, Solid Tumors, Blood Diseases, Thalassemia, Primary Immune Deficiency Diseases, Anemia, Cancer, Lymphoma, Leukemia, Neuroblastoma, Blood-related disorders, etc. Under her credit, there are numerous national and international publications and actively invited as guest faculty in scientific meetings, CME's, and worldwide conferences o to speak about pediatric tumors. Dr. Kanakia is a member of the Indian academy of pediatrics as well as the pediatric hematology-oncology chapter of IAP and Indian society for primary immune deficiency. She is also a member as well as the joint secretary of the Indian society of hematology and blood transfusion.
