Dr. Abhijit Das is a renowned Surgical Oncologist with 13 years of experience. After completing his MBBS from Dibrugarh University in 2008, he did MS in General Surgery from Banaras Hindu University in 2012. Later, he pursued an MCh in Surgical Oncology from Dr. M.G.R. Medical University in 2017. He specializes in video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS) and robotic-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (RATS) for managing lung, oesophageal, and mediastinal tumors—chest wall tumor resection and reconstructions. He has mastered using endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS), trans-bronchial needle aspiration (TBNA), and endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) in the management of thoracic malignancies.
