About Dr. Akash Dhuru

Dr. Akash Dhuru is a renowned Surgical Oncologist in Mumbai. He has over 16 years of experience treating Breast Cancer and performing Cancer Surgeries. He completed his MBBS at DY Patil University in 2008. After that, he did his MS (General Surgery) from Armed Forces Medical College, Pune, in 2013. His DNB (Surgical Oncology) was from the National Board of Examination, India, in 2019. Dr. Akash has also completed a Fellowship in Minimally Invasive Surgery (FMAS) from the Association of Minimal Access Surgeons of India (AMASI) and a Fellowship in Advanced Laparoscopic Surgery in Oncology from the Indian Association of Gastrointestinal Endo-Surgeons (IAGES). He is an active member of the Indian Association of Surgical Oncology (IASO), the Association of Surgeons of India (ASI), the Indian Medical Association (IMA), and the Indian Society of Oncology (ISO).
