Dr. Gouthaman S is a reputed and highly educated Surgical Oncologist with +16 years of experience. His professional affiliations include memberships of, the Indian Medical Association and the Indian Association of Surgical Oncology. Dr. Gouthaman S completed his MBBS from Sri Ramchandra Medical College and Research Institute in 2000, followed by MS in 2004 from Madras Medical College and obtained a DNB qualification. He is a member of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. In 2011, he earned an M.Ch from Adyar Cancer Institute. During his practice, he has acquired expertise in performing, lumpectomy, robotic surgery and laparoscopic surgeries. He also performs surgeries for, gastro cancer, oral cancer, gynecological cancers, breast cancer, soft tissue and bone cancer, urological/head & neck/lung/pancreatic and liver cancers. He has co-authored a few research papers majorly for national journals and one international journal.
