Dr. L. Vijay Bhaskar is a Radiation Oncologist at Bangalore with 21 years of experience. He completed his MBBS from Dr B.R. Ambedkar Medical College and MD from Kidwai Memorial Institute of Oncology. A highly experienced professional, Dr Bhaskar holds multiple fellowships in advanced techniques in radiation oncology. He is a thorough expert in technologies, Stereotactic Radio Surgery (SRS), Stereotactic Radio Therapy (SRT), Intensity Modulated Radio Therapy (IMRT), Intensity Modulated Arc Therapy (IMAT), Image-Guided Radiotherapy (IGRT), Cyberknife, to name a few, in the sphere of radiation oncology. Dr Bhaskar's interest lies in cancer care treatment focused on head & neck cases, along with breast cancer cases that claims a major share of his medical practice. He is presently the secretary of the Bangalore Oncology Group, proactively instrumental in organizing seminars and teaching programs. Dr Bhaskar also has many National & International publications to his credit.
